About us

We are the experienced traffic engineers providing a series of traffic consultant service in order to carry out your road works in timely manner.

 

Our staffs are highly experienced, professional and independent in designing drawing of temporary traffic management cheme (TTMS) / temporary traffic arrangement (TTA) with substantial justification such as the swept path analyse etc for supporting to carry out your road works. The proposed temporary traffic management scheme (TTMS)/ temporary traffic arrangement (TTA) drawings to be submitted to relevant governments including Road Management Office (Traffic of Hong Kong Police Force), XPMS (Excavation Permit Unit of Highways Department), Transport Department, Leisure and Cultural Service Department and district council members etc for approval, liaison and coordination. Especially, presentation of temporary traffic arrangement drawing in TMLG (Traffic Management Liaison Group) Meeting and SLG (Site Liaison Group) Meeting were our strength in traffic matter.

 

Our staffs are also professional in application for Expressway Works Permit, Road Works Permit, Small Scale Works XP (For Government Contract Only), Emergency XP (For Government Contract Only) and Excavation Permit through Excavation Permit Management System as well as we are responsible for applying for road work commencement notice from Road Management Office (Traffic of Hong Kong Police Force), gazette notice, traffic advice, temporary non-stopping restriction, suspension of parking meters, relocation of GMB/ KMB stop and taxi stand, relocation of motorcycle/ disabled parking space(s) from Transport Department.

 

We provide a full range of traffic studies and transport planning services, including Traffic Surveys, Pedestrian Study, Traffic Impact Assessment and Traffic Impact Study for special events such as Marathon Race and Road Cycling event.

 

Our scope of services also includes traffic engineering support for architecture practices such as carpark layout and vehicular run-in for developments.

XPMS Application Service

  1. Application for ad-hoc XPMS account from Highways Department;

  2. Processing the XP application through XPMS from Highways Department;

  3. Registering the proposed excavation works into the draft of plan through XPMS from Highways Department;

  4. Coordinating with clients on application for excavation permit;

  5. Draft of all relevant document to various government departments or related parties for XP application;

  6. Coordinating with other XP applicants during case coordination report submission through XPMS from Highways Department;

  7. Submission advance notice submission to Highways Department and HKPF/RMO;

  8. Submission for nomination and consent of nomination;

  9. Processing all rectification photo graphs if non-compliance of item was recorded through XPMS from Highways Department; and

  10. Submission of completion notice submission to Highways Department.

Traffic Consultancy Service

  1. Coordinating with clients on application for temporary traffic arrangement;

  2. Arrangement of Traffic Management Liaison Group Meeting and Site Liaison Group Meeting;

  3. Provision of traffic engineer for presentation of temporary traffic arrangement drawing at Traffic Management Liaison Group Meeting and Site Liaison Group Meeting;

  4. Draft of temporary traffic arrangement drawing, which to be designed in accordance with Code of Practice (CoP) for the Lighting, Signing & Guarding of Road Works and Transport Planning and Design Manual (TPDM);

  5. Revision/ modification/ amendment of temporary traffic arrangement drawings in compliance of the comments given by HKPF/ RMO or TD;

  6. Draft of minutes record in Traffic Management Liaison Group Meeting and Site Liaison Group Meeting; and

  7. Submission of official minutes in Traffic Management Liaison Group Meeting and revised temporary traffic arrangement drawings to TMLG members.

Traffic Consultancy Service

  1. Application for gazette notice, traffic advice, temporary non-stopping restriction, suspension of parking meters, relocation of GMB/ KMB stop and taxi stand, relocation of motorcycle/disabled parking space(s) from Transport Department;

  2. Reserving appointment with HKPF/ RMO’ s front desk for road work commencement notice application;

  3. Application for road work commencement notice from HKPF/ RMO;

  4. Provision of traffic engineer or traffic coordinator on the first day of temporary traffic arrangement implementation or trial run as requested by HKPF/RMO or Transport Department;

  5. Providing as-built temporary traffic arrangement drawings as agreed by HKPF/RMO or TD; and

  6. Submission of completion notice submission to HKPF/ RMO.

Construction Noise Permit Application Service

  1. Coordinating with clients on application for a construction noise permit (General Works) from Environmental Protection Department.
